Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy.
We will try to provide the mentioned hotels if unavailable, similar-category hotels will be arranged.
Sightseeing and itinerary coverage depend on weather, traffic, road conditions and guest punctuality.
Extra persons, children or services not included in the package will be charged separately.
Package rates may change due to fuel prices, tolls, taxes, entry fees or other applicable charges.
A 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before the tour date.
Payments are accepted through cash or online bank transfer.

If Travel Next cancels or postpones a tour, the advance may be refunded or adjusted against a future trip.
Cancellation by guests should be informed at least 15 days in advance.
Advance payments may be non-refundable after hotel or transport bookings are confirmed.
Where possible, the paid amount may be adjusted against a future trip.
Peak-season bookings such as Durga Puja, Christmas and New Year should be postponed at least 30 days in advance.
Travel Next may modify the itinerary due to weather, safety, road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.
